The dimension of India is approx. 9 times larger of Japan which is 7th largest county in world wide. Since India is such large county, each local area has original cuisine. T-SIDE are serving south Indian cuisine, other Indian cuisine, Bangladeshi cuisine and so on. Also we have vegetarian meal, and organic meal*.

South Indian Cuisine

Feature of south Indian cuisine is spicy taste by using cardamom, cinnamon, clove, cumin ans so on. T-SIDE serves authentic flavor of south Indian cuisine that K.Vijayan, chief chef of T-SIDE cooks as his specialty.

In T-SIDE, Dosa that is made with formented lentil and rice fiouer ,and Biriyani that is served as festive food in India are very popular especially in south Indian cuisine.

North Indian Cuisine

Feature of south Indian cuisine is to use much butter and cream. Nan which is well known Indian bread is one of representative of north Indian cuisine.

In T-SIDE, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken Curry, and Chana Masala made from chickpeas are very popular especially in south north Indian cuisine.

Bangladeshi Cuisine

In Bangladesh which is closed to India. In Bangladesh, cuisine made with vegetable is very famous. In T-SIDE, Spicy Salad, Palak Paneer that is curry with spinach in Kamakura area, and vegetable curry made with seven kinds of vegetables are very popular especially in Bangladeshi cuisine.
